Lavender

Lavender has been known for its properties since ancient times. The essential oil of Lavender, which is obtained by distilling the flowers, has excellent anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antispasmodic, analgesic and antioxidant properties.

Arnica

Arnica is a valuable aid, especially for the limbs, which are very often exposed to various types of trauma. It is also ideal for general muscle injuries.

Calendula

Calendula has anti-inflammatory and healing properties. The flavonoids contained in calendula extract help the skin cells to heal skin injuries by stimulating their healing activity and elasticity.

Horse chestnut

Horse chestnut has numerous pharmacological properties, especially against edema. It reduces the permeability of capillaries and facilitates the absorption of interstitial fluids thanks to the active ingredient escin contained in its seeds. Horse chestnut has anti-inflammatory, anti-oedematous and anti-exudative properties.

How to use

After thoroughly cleaning the horse's coat and legs (e.g. after training or a race), massage the product into the skin so that it can be better absorbed. When using as a fatigue aid, you can wait until it has dried and then remove the product in one go. For joints, tendons and knees, we recommend moistening the product with cold water and fixing the area. To facilitate the recovery of tendons, bandage them and leave them to rest for 12 hours.

Thank you to the active ingredients of Lavender and Arnica, it helps the horse to cool down, promotes the reabsorption of synovial fluid and soothes hocks, shins and swollen legs.

My horse sometimes has swollen legs when I take him out of the box to ride. Can I also use clay at work?

You can apply the product as soon as the horse comes out of the box and then cover it with work tapes. The result will be visible at the walk before work, so re-bandaging will be necessary when the swelling goes down. Then remove the bandage with water and a sponge, without brushing too hard.
