Rosehip

Rosehip oil is obtained from the seeds of the Chilean rosehip, which is characterized by regenerating and healing properties. The beneficial effect of the oil is due to the presence of some nutrients, including linoleic acid, oleic acid, vitamin A and lycopene, which are particularly useful for protecting the skin from aging and sun exposure and maintaining the health of epidermal cells.

Aloe Bardaniensis

Aloe Bardanensis, or Aloe Vera, has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and immunostimulant properties.

Tea Tree

Melaleuca Alternifoglia, also known as Tea Tree, has anti-inflammatory, antifungal, antibacterial and healing properties.

Panthenol

It has regenerating and soothing properties. Effective both for strengthening and making the hair shiny, and as a soothing and moisturizing agent for the skin.

How to use

For the product to be fully effective, Rosehip Lotion should be applied daily to eczema and dermatitis. If necessary, the application can be repeated several times a day until the symptoms have completely subsided. Clean the area to be treated thoroughly and apply the lotion directly to the skin area to be treated and massage it in until it is completely absorbed. Shake before use. The presence of a sediment is normal due to the properties of the product.

The vet's advice

If the dog scratches frequently, it is advisable to check for the presence of parasites, such as fleas, or if it is a dermatitis of various etiologies characterized by irritation, itching and scaling. The application of the lotion restructures the irritated skin, soothes, relieves itching and protects against dandruff. In the presence of parasites, it is advisable to combine INSECT REPELLENT SPRAY LOTION to reduce the discomfort and bites caused by insects. In cases of food-induced dermatitis, we recommend combining a cycle with SALUS VET depurative, which helps to restore intestinal function.

Does it hurt if the dog licks it?

No, but it is always recommended to massage the product in until it is completely absorbed.

What happens if the dog licks it off anyway?

Nothing will happen with normal use. If you use the product in large quantities, ask your vet.

My dog has a very light coat (almost white), will this lotion stain its coat?

As it is completely natural, it should not stain. However, any residue can be removed by normal grooming. We recommend using the SOOTHING SHAMPOO for a bath for further relief.
